About the project: Francis Street is a mixed urban development of retail usage at ground floor with apartments over and mews to the rear of the site. We are proposing to add a new penthouse storey with large screens; each apartment will have a private 'winter garden'. No. 42 Francis Street is a protected structure, and we will retain the internal plan and all architectural features, in order to create a refurbished Georgian townhouse.
